Account Setup

Configure your Vixvvo account for optimal performance

Creating Your Account

Create your Vixvvo account using email and password:

Email & Password

  1. Navigate to the Sign Up page
  2. Enter your full name
  3. Provide a valid email address
  4. Create a secure password (minimum 6 characters)
  5. Confirm your password
  6. Click "Create Account"

Security Tip: When using email/password signup, choose a strong, unique password that you don't use on other sites.

Initial Configuration

When you first create your account, Vixvvo automatically sets up:

  • Starter Tier: Your account starts on the Starter tier with access to core features
  • Default Currency: Set to USD (can be changed in Settings)
  • User Profile: Basic profile with your email and display name
  • Firebase Integration: Secure cloud storage for your data

Profile Settings

Navigate to Settings → Profile to configure your personal information:

Full Name

Your display name shown throughout the application

Email Address

Primary email for notifications and account recovery

Phone Number

Optional contact number for client communication

Company Name

Your business name for professional branding

Website

Your business website URL

Bio

Brief description of your business or services

Preferences

Customize Vixvvo to match your workflow in Settings → Preferences:

Currency

Choose from 20+ supported currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, and more.

All prices automatically convert to your selected currency.

Language

Select your preferred interface language.

Currently supports English with more languages coming soon.

Timezone

Set your timezone for accurate timestamps.

Affects order dates, activity logs, and reports.

Date & Time Format

Choose between MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY and 12h/24h time.

Standardize how dates appear across the platform.

Security Settings

Protect your account in Settings → Security:

Security Features

  • Password Management: Change your password anytime. Requires current password verification.
  • Two-Factor Authentication: Add an extra layer of security with 2FA (coming soon).
  • Session Timeout: Configure automatic logout after inactivity.

Important: Keep your password secure and never share it. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately.

Notification Settings

Configure how you receive updates in Settings → Notifications:

Email Notifications

  • • Order updates and status changes
  • • New client registrations
  • • Payment received confirmations
  • • System alerts and maintenance
  • • Weekly performance reports

Push Notifications

  • • Real-time order updates
  • • New messages from clients
  • • Critical system alerts

Toggle individual notification types on/off based on your preferences.
