What Is History?
Vixvvo keeps track of your activities and calculations, allowing you to review past actions, reuse calculations, and understand how your data has changed over time.
Types of History
- 📊Calculation History: Past cost calculations from the calculator
- 📋Activity Log: Actions taken (orders created, clients added, etc.)
- 🖨️Print History: Completed print jobs (in Print Queue)
History Limits by Tier
The amount of history stored depends on your subscription tier:

| Free | Last 10 calculations |
| Starter | Last 50 calculations |
| Scaling | Last 200 calculations |
| Business | Unlimited |
Note: When you reach your limit, the oldest entries are automatically removed when new calculations are saved.

Using Your History
What You Can Do
- ✓View details of past calculations
- ✓Re-load a calculation to modify and recalculate
- ✓Create orders directly from saved calculations
- ✓Search and filter past entries
- ✓Delete entries you no longer need
