Exporting Your Data
You can export all your data at any time for backup or migration purposes.
What Gets Exported
- ✓All orders and order details
- ✓Client information
- ✓Models and model metadata
- ✓Filaments and colors
- ✓Printers and supplies
- ✓Calculation history
- ✓Invoices
- ✓Settings and preferences
Export Formats
- JSON: Complete data backup (machine-readable)
- CSV: Spreadsheet-compatible format for orders, clients, etc.
Tip: We recommend exporting your data periodically as a backup.
How to Export
- 1. Go to Settings → Data Management
- 2. Click "Export Data"
- 3. Select what to export (All or specific categories)
- 4. Choose export format (JSON or CSV)
- 5. Click "Download"
- 6. Save the file to your computer
Importing Data
Import data from a previous export or migrate from another system.
Import Options
- Full Restore: Import a complete JSON backup
- Clients CSV: Import client list from spreadsheet
- Orders CSV: Import orders from spreadsheet
Warning: Importing will merge with existing data. Duplicate entries may be created. Consider exporting first as a backup.
Delete Account
If you need to permanently delete your Vixvvo account:
⚠️ Warning
- • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- • All your data will be permanently deleted
- • Any active subscription will be cancelled
- • You will lose access to all orders, clients, models, and history
Before Deleting:
- 1. Export all your data (see above)
- 2. Download any invoices you need
- 3. Note any information you want to keep
- 4. Cancel any active subscription through your payment provider
To Delete Your Account:
- 1. Go to Settings → Data Management
- 2. Scroll to "Delete Account"
- 3. Click "Delete My Account"
- 4. Enter your password to confirm
- 5. Type "DELETE" to confirm
- 6. Click "Permanently Delete Account"
