Keep your account safe with password and authentication settings

Password

Changing Your Password

  1. 1. Go to Settings → Security
  2. 2. Click "Change Password"
  3. 3. Enter your current password
  4. 4. Enter your new password
  5. 5. Confirm your new password
  6. 6. Click "Update Password"

Password Requirements:

  • • At least 8 characters
  • • At least one uppercase letter
  • • At least one number
  • • Recommended: include special characters (!@#$%)

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add an extra layer of security by requiring a code from your phone when logging in.

Setting Up 2FA

  1. 1. Go to Settings → Security
  2. 2. Find "Two-Factor Authentication"
  3. 3. Click "Enable 2FA"
  4. 4. Download an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
  5. 5. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
  6. 6. Enter the 6-digit code from the app
  7. 7. Save your backup codes in a safe place

Important: Save your backup codes! If you lose access to your authenticator app, you'll need these codes to log in.

Recommended Authenticator Apps

  • • Google Authenticator (iOS/Android)
  • • Authy (iOS/Android/Desktop)
  • • Microsoft Authenticator (iOS/Android)
  • • 1Password (includes authenticator)

Active Sessions

View and manage devices where you're currently logged in.

Session Information Shows:

  • • Device type (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet)
  • • Browser name
  • • Location (approximate)
  • • Last active time

Security Actions:

  • Sign Out Session: Log out of a specific device
  • Sign Out All: Log out of all devices except current

Security Tip: If you see a session you don't recognize, sign it out immediately and change your password.

Login History

Review recent login attempts to your account, including successful and failed attempts.

Each Entry Shows:

  • • Date and time of attempt
  • • Success or failure status
  • • IP address
  • • Location (approximate)
  • • Device/browser information
