Set up your business details for professional invoices
Why Set Up Company Info?
Your company information appears on every invoice you generate. Setting this up once ensures consistent, professional-looking invoices without having to enter details each time.

Setting Up Company Information
- Go to Dashboard → Settings
- Select the "Company" or "Invoice Settings" tab
- Fill in your business details
- Upload your logo (optional but recommended)
- Click "Save"
Information Fields
Required Fields
- Business Name: Your company or trading name
- Email: Contact email for invoice inquiries
Recommended Fields
- Address: Business address (street, city, state/province, postal code)
- Phone: Business phone number
- Website: Your business website
- Logo: Company logo (PNG or JPG, max 2MB)
Optional Fields
- Tax ID: Business/VAT registration number
- Default Payment Terms: e.g., "Net 30", "Due on Receipt"
- Bank Details: For bank transfer payments
- Default Notes: Standard footer text for all invoices
Logo Guidelines
- Format: PNG (with transparency) or JPG
- Size: Recommended 400×150 pixels or similar aspect ratio
- File Size: Maximum 2MB
- Background: Transparent PNG works best
Tip: Use a horizontal logo if available. Square logos also work but may appear smaller on the invoice header.
Previewing Your Setup
After saving your company information:
- Go to any order and click "Generate Invoice"
- Check the preview to see how your company info appears
- Make adjustments in Settings if needed
