Invoices Overview

Create professional invoices from your completed orders

Note: Invoice generation is available on Starter tier and above. Free tier users can upgrade to access this feature.

What Are Invoices?

Invoices are professional documents you can generate from your orders to send to clients. They include all order details, pricing, and your company information for a polished, business-ready appearance.

Accessing Invoices

There are multiple ways to access invoice functionality:

📋 From Orders Page

Click on any order and select "Generate Invoice" from the order actions menu.

📄 From Invoices Page

Navigate to Dashboard → Invoices to view all generated invoices.

What's Included in an Invoice

  • Invoice Number: Automatically generated unique ID
  • Date: Invoice creation date
  • Your Company Info: Name, address, contact details, logo
  • Client Info: Client name and contact information
  • Order Details: Item descriptions, quantities, prices
  • Totals: Subtotal, tax (if applicable), and grand total
  • Payment Info: Payment terms and methods (if configured)
